  4. NcFTP  is  a  user interface to the Internet standard File
  5. Transfer Protocol.  This program allows a user to transfer
  6. files  to and from a remote network site, and offers additional 
  7. features that are not found in the standard  interface, ftp. </P>

  9. The  program runs in one of three modes: visual mode, line
  10. mode, and colon mode.
